AI that fits your team’s workflow

AI prepares drafts from enquiries and documents. Employees check the result and decide what happens next.

Start with one repeatable task

We examine real inputs, the expected output and exceptions. We check whether your existing systems already cover the task before proposing custom development.

  • Extract fields from an enquiry
  • Prepare a document or reply draft
  • Find missing information
  • Summarise work for a responsible employee

People keep control

The workflow separates a model’s suggestion from a confirmed business record. Uncertain information is flagged for review.

  • Source material alongside suggested fields
  • Confirmation before an important action
  • Access rules for each role
  • Handling duplicates, errors and unavailable services

Implementation and handover

Artem defines the product logic and coordinates delivery. An engaged development company handles the technical implementation. Responsibilities, acceptance and support are agreed before work begins.

  • Prototype with future users
  • Agreed data handling and model provider
  • Integration feasibility checked before quoting
  • Hosting, subscriptions and model usage priced separately

Four starting points for a pilot

Client enquiries

Input: a client email with requirements and missing details.

Output: suggested fields, their source and questions for the manager. CRM writes are a separate integration.

Document drafts

Input: a checked request and your approved template.

Output: a draft with known details. Prices and delivery dates stay unconfirmed until a person checks and approves them.

Customer support

Input: a question and the company’s approved help materials.

Output: a draft answer with a source. When the material does not answer the question, the case goes to a person.

Internal knowledge

Input: an employee’s question and documents they are authorised to access.

Output: relevant instructions and source links. A named document owner keeps the source material current.

Measure the whole task

Compare time before and after the pilot, including preparation, human review and corrections. Check the share of results that pass review and the cost of subscriptions, model usage and maintenance. A quick draft alone is not evidence of a successful implementation.
