Your name, phone number, preferred contact channels, task description, selected solution and package, and the date and time of consent.
2. Purposes
Contacting you, clarifying your request, preparing a proposal covering the solution, scope, schedule and price, and entering into a contract at your initiative.
3. Processing
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, provision to processors acting on the controller’s instructions, restriction, deletion and destruction using automated tools.
4. Processors
Form enquiries are stored in the website database. An email service may handle separate correspondence. Data is provided to others only as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.
5. Duration
Consent lasts for 12 months from your last message, until the processing purpose is achieved, or until you withdraw consent, whichever occurs first. If a contract follows, relevant data may be retained for periods set by the contract and law.
6. Withdrawal
You can withdraw consent by emailing trike.dev@mail.ru. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The controller may continue processing without consent where the law provides a basis.
