2. Data processed
Website enquiries may include your name, phone number, preferred contact channels, task description, selected solution and package, and evidence of consent. With analytics consent, Yandex Metrica may process IP addresses, cookies, browser and device details, visited pages and website actions. Form field values are not sent to Metrica.
3. Purposes and grounds
Enquiry data is used to contact you, clarify the task, prepare a scope, schedule and quote, and enter into a contract at your initiative, based on your separate consent. Technical data is used to understand visits and improve the site only after separate analytics consent.
4. Processing operations
The controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, provide to processors acting on the controller’s instructions, restrict, delete and destroy data using automated tools.
5. Recipients and services
Enquiries submitted through the website are stored in its database and available to the controller through a restricted management area. You may also email trike.dev@mail.ru; that correspondence is handled by the email service. Yandex Metrica is used with analytics consent. The full infrastructure and processor list is to be clarified before publishing the server-side form on the main site.
6. Retention
Initial enquiries and correspondence are stored for no more than 12 months from the last message unless a longer period is needed for a contract or required by law. Data is deleted within applicable legal periods once its purpose is achieved or a justified request is received.
7. Cookies and analytics
Essential browser data supports the interface. Our own statistics and Yandex Metrica start after you select Allow analytics. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. Our statistics count page and prototype views, referrals and contact actions, and broad device, operating system and browser categories. Full IP addresses, complete user-agent strings, form field values, and URL parameters other than UTM campaign labels are not stored in these statistics. A random tab identifier is stored in session storage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity; it is not a personal identity identifier. Temporary server session identifiers are removed on the next event after 30 minutes of inactivity; event deduplication identifiers expire after five minutes. Visit details older than 30 days and daily aggregates older than 90 days are removed on the next event. Hosting technical logs are separate. A form enquiry is sent to the website database only after submission.
8. Your rights
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent by emailing trike.dev@mail.ru. Include enough information to verify your identity and find your enquiry.
9. Security and changes
The controller takes organisational and technical measures against unlawful access, changes, disclosure and destruction. The current policy is published on this page.
