As-built documentation

A register of as-built documentation linked to work areas, with comments and engineer sign-off.

Who it is for

  • Technical document control teams and industrial contractors whose document sets are assembled from files supplied by different subcontractors.

What the solution includes

  • Register by work area. Presence, comments and review have separate statuses.
  • Field checks. AI flags a work-area mismatch and missing data without signing the document.
  • Correction history. We keep the comment, the corrected file and the engineer's decision.

We adapt the design to your brand. The example illustrates a workflow, rather than a fixed visual style for your project.

Russian 'executive documentation' maps to as-built, QA/QC and handover/close-out dossiers elsewhere. The register-and-review workflow is generic; the required document matrix must follow the client's contract and local rules. EXON is a Russian system named only as an exclusion.

Examples use fictional data. Integrations, payments and AI actions shown as simulations require separate implementation and testing.
